Water Plant Division

The City water supply is a public owned utility. The City's raw water supply come from the Lower Neches Valley Authority whose source is the Neches River. The City presently has a 5.5 million-gallon per day Surface Water Treatment Plant. Tours of the Water Plant for schools, scout groups, etc. can be arranged by contacting this Division. For information regarding the water supply contact this Division.
